Requirements
- Choose ONE or combine:
- → Real Estate: min. $300,000 (mortgage-free)
- → Bank CD: min. $300,000 for 3-year term
- → Combination of both totaling $300,000
- Additional $2,000 investment per dependent
- Open to citizens of ANY country
- Criminal background check and health certificate
- Proof of investment and foreign origin of funds
